About STAAR

The STAAR Program's mission is to socialize, train, teach and empower today's youth with disabilities to transition successfully into tomorrow's work force.


The STAAR Program is geared towards assisting young adults with disabilities between the ages of 12-30. The objective is to transition today's STAARs into adulthood by teaching them daily living, job skills and appropriate socialization.  The desire is to assist them in becoming independent or semi-independent members of society.
